Not sure about that magazine offer at the end. That really turned me off and makes me leary of using your site again. I have had issues with 1-800 flowers and am giving you a chance for my business here. I just want the best product and low price, no funny business with magazines.
Boquette was smaller than I expected. By selecting the premium I was expecting a large basket of flowers. The photo I saw of what was delivered looked more like a medium sized basket of flowers. Not sure I feel it was a $100 value but it did look nice. The chocolates looked like a large and the balloons look nice and as expected.
We loved the arrangement we ordered for the loss of a family member in the Spring and are very happy to send more arrangements with you again. We would love to see wider availability for the delivery. We could not order for Jekyll Is GA, for example.
I was very displeased with the flowers that were delivered. It was for a birthday and they brought Christmas flowers. I could have ordered that by my self. I was looking for something unique and instead got ordinary. I also paid for the upgrade and they could not have been any smaller. The flowers were very pretty and the arrangement was very tasteful.
With FREE shipping, I dont know why I must pay and extra $2.99...not good customer service.
Last time I used this flower service my mother received her flowers late and my sisters flowers were sent to a different location and her and my mother live in the same apartment. But this time you guys came thru for my nieces birthday. Thanks guys and happy holidays

My sister was very happy with the floral Christmas tree. Fromyouflowers comes through again. Your network of florists never ceases to amaze me.
I always have problems getting back to edit my orders.
For example I wanted to change the first order I placed to an upgrade for the $10 more. I could edit everything but the product. Second order I wanted to request some red flowers be added or substituted to give a more Christmasy look. I could not figure out how. Also I was offered free shipping which was a better deal so I tried to take off the $12 discount and apply the $14.99 free shipping but could not.
I ordered the evening of 23rd and they delivered Dec. 24th for only $ 2.99 extra wow...you guys are the most dependable of all the online florist I know.
If it gets delivered today, I'll be super-happy! It was delivered late on Friday, the 23rd, but at least it got there, and the recipient was very happy.
