It was all great, but the prices were nowhere near accurate! I thought I was buying a $29 arrangement, but only after 10 more minutes of inputting information did I find it's actually $50! It's too late to change my mind, but it made me feel a little cheated.

Tulips were to be red & white for Christmas, but most of them were purple. Some were very droopy, while others hadn't even bloomed yet. I understand these issues, but was disappointed because it was a gift for my mother. Delivery was on the day promised, so that was great! I found the website ordering quite simple.

Unfortunately, the order was not delivered when, according to the info online, it had been delivered. I called to find out what happened, and was on hold for about 20 minutes. The agent who finally answered was polite and tried to be helpful, but could not tell me anything. The order was delivered later that evening and my sister was very happy with the flowers, so that was positive. I know this is the Christmas season and you are very busy, so some glitches are understandable, but the order should not have been marked delivered until it was actually delivered. On the plus side easy to navigate site with good prices and selection

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
