Service was great and flowers were beautiful. I do think that the service charge should be posted sooner in the process.
Everything was great. The only complaint I have is the extra amount that is added in to the cost of the flowers. That makes what sounds like a good deal not quite as good. I know you have your reasons, but I almost think it would be better to just give a price that includes everything. When you are counting on a certain price and then an extra $15 is added on top of each order, that makes one think twice about ordering.
Have used the site three times before and it is wonderful!

The arrangement that I choose was not the one delivered! There were only 10 red carnations in the complete arrangement and the white carnations were not full blooms but small buds. The arrangement was not completely full as I had picked and the back was completely flat with no flowers (you could place it up against a wall on the flat side). I was embarrassed when I went over to see the arrangement and feel that you should drop the florist from your list that you used.

I bought this for my mother and father in law and they absolutely loved the arrangement.
Delivery rates are to high
Nice selection - the arrangement was different than the website. It was nice, but the base of the arrangement was horrible. It had some kind of felt on it that did not cover the entire base. The website displayed no base showing - and flowers and greenery to the bottom.
My only problem is when the flowers are delivered in a box without water and left on a hot doorstep. Not a good idea. Otherwise nice flowers

Good, but for some reason my bouquet jumped up $18 in price, but then I got free shipping (14.99 off) so it balances out I suppose. BUT, I was given the wrong address by my mother for where it was to be delivered, and the gentleman who delivered the flowers called me and was very gracious in taking care of the mishap and ensuring they were delivered to the proper address. He gets an A++++ for his phone demeanor and his help. Give the man a raise! :)

Delivery was prompt and price was fair. However, when my family sent a thank you selfie with their flowers, the arrangement looked really sad and small- definitely not at all like the picture, and the vase wasn't even close to being full. I knew they wouldn't be as beautiful as the site picture but I was embarrassed when I saw how flimsy and cheap they looked. I wanted to send something much more beautiful to my loved ones.
