Ordering was very straightforward and customer services were very helpful with any questions I asked. Unfortunately I can only rate the delivery with one star because it was delivered a day later than requested.Having said that the recipient thought the flowers were beautiful.
The only thing I don't like about From You Flowers is the lack of customer service. When I called the number on the website with a question about my order, I just got a recording about "special deals." All I wanted was to get through to a customer service rep. I could not reach a live person.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
