My friend said the arrangement I sent her was beautiful. She's been really sick lately and it made her day so I am happy with that. VERY HARD TO CHANGE COUPON CODES TO SEE HOW YOU GET BEST DEAL. PRICES CHANGED ACCORDING TO WHAT SITE I STARTED FROM. VERY CONFUSING TO ORDER. Was sent offer for free shipping but could not use another code I had in my basket already.
A little pricey...so I hope that the arrangement reflects the price and is delivered on time. That will impress me to come back and recommend to others.
I received a pic of the arrangement I sent to my Mom, and the arrangement was shaped like a tree, packed with tree greens, gold balls and red bows. Very festive for the season. However, I was expecting there to be roses in the arrangement, per the pic and the price.

Customer service very helpful. Two items ordered, however they came from 2 different florists. This lead to confusion as to whether 2nd item I purchased was going to be delivered. Fortunately both arrived, in time for Memorial service. It would nice to know which florist is going to deliver products, after confirmation sent.

I realize that when ordering flowers online the arrangements pictured can vary a bit from what is actually delivered, however, neither order looked nearly as beautiful as what was pictured and one I wouldn't even call a Christmas bouquet, except for santa sleigh vase. They were quite pricey to be so far from what I thought I was ordering. I didn't even initially mind the price as I was grateful they could be delivered before Christmas. I would look into whichever florist made each bouquet.
