I give fromyouflowers a low rating because I has placed two orders one delivery to my grandmother and the other to my wife. ONLY one order was actually delivered -my grandmothers. My wife's flowers were never delivered and as of 630pm were nowhere near to being delivered. I had meant for the flowers to be a surprise for her at work. I was guaranteed a delivery by 5pm but they never made it. When I called to check their customer service rep was rude so I just asked for refund. I will never use fromyouflowers again! I am going back to 1-800flowers. I will pay more for better service!
Did not like being surprised with a $15 service/handling charge when I went to place my order.
The actual arrangement had a lot fewer flowers in it than the picture and I didn't order the cheapest one. I was expecting a much fuller centerpiece that resembled the picture. I am disappointed. I had it sent to my daughter for her Christmas table and she sent me a picture of it. She likes it but I know what it should have looked like.
Sent these to my mother and sister for Christmas...the picture she sent of the flower arrangement looked very close to what I ordered. They were very happy with them.

Delivery was amazing and im very grateful but i thought for when i upgraded to 60 bucks for the deluxe version that it would be bigger. Its lovely still the same. But i would not like to see the smaller version in comparison. Im glad i upgraded! Thanks anyhow.Deseray

This year for Christmas my husband and I decided on the little Christmas tree arrangement for his mom and she loves it! She called a couple hours ago to say how beautiful it is, and it has little ornaments and tiny packages decorating it. We send her something every year and also for her birthday and for Mother's day and we have never been disappointed in the quality. I can't send flowers to my mom any more because my mom passed away last year...but I am happy that you can help me to bring some joy to my "second mother ", so a BIG THANK YOU to you!
