If the flowers arrive as nicely as the pictures I will buy again, well it arrived, and it is NOT like pictured and certainly not PREMIUM Like I paid for. The sleigh is an ugly off white ceramic nothing like pictured at all. This is more like the regular size at $44.99. Due to husbands surgery I bought online instead of at the florist direct. Won't make that mistake again.

I bought 2 arrangements and the one that was delivered in Wisconsin was absolutely horrible. Some flowers were almost dying and brown. The colors made no sense, mostly evergreen and then a pink daisy in the middle. Think I will use another flower company.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
