This was my first time using your service. When I hear from the recipient later this month I will be able to give you a better overall assessment of your company's service. I "did" hear from the person who I sent the flowers to. Since they were not expecting this surprise gift they were "floored" and "overwhelmed" with mixed emotions when they received this. Such was the intended affect I had anticipated! Thank you for helping me to "shock" an acquaintance with a "surprise" Christmas gift! :)

I ordered three Christmas Centerpieces and two of them came from Yosi's Creations in Tucson, Arizona they were unremarkable average arrangements and I paid Deluxe prices for my purchases.The third arrangement was not extraordinarily special like you advertise on your website. I was shocked when I received the third delivery because the arrangement was undersized for the value I paid. That flower arrangement came from FlowerBee in Tucson, AZ. I am very disappointed with the dollar amount I paid and what I received for it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
