My sister said they were beautiful.
I enjoy shopping here but its always misleading at the end of purchase as a large handling fee gets tacked on.Which takes the price from $58 dollar to like $73 dollars for a handling fee then tax which I get, just misleading. Also I loved the flowers but the roses are open and bloomed and the lilies are not open yet.

Have had good experience in past. But am always put off by not seeing the itemized total cost until "place order" window with the unexpected cost of the "handling" fee plus shipping. I have bought elsewhere online because of that. Now that I know to expect that added costs when placing an order I can faactor it in when considering sending an arrangement. Most floral delivery websitrd function the same way. Every arrangement I have ordered through fromyouflowers has been highly complimented by the recipients.
I wish 3pm wasn't the cut off for same day delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
