I will know more after the flowers are received if they are as pretty as they are shown I will order again. As far as the web site it is good I'm just not real good at ordering on line. I was very pleased with the arrangement, our daughter sent a picture and they were beautiful. I order flowers and have never been ask if I was satisfied or acknowledge after the sale. I really appreciate how you follow up with the sale. I will be back. A very satisfied customer.

It is a dis-service to your customers not to disclose all the fees up front - on the final page only is the $14.99 "handling fee" shown. Shame on you for not being open and honest up front - you appear to not want to show these costs until the end in case people will go somewhere else. I realize most every company does this, so why don't you be different, your customers would appreciate transparency and not treating us this way!
I like the speedy service They were out of the flowers I ordered so they sent another vase of flowers with another box of chocolates at no charge, my girlfriend was thrilled with it. I am thoroughly pleased and I highly recommend this flower shop!
Initially sent me an email saying the basket would be late but then it was delivered on time. Many thanks for getting that there today. Was sent to some one and they said it was very nice. I will use your service again.
The order was substituted as the like which I can understand, but I would have liked to be notified of the changes before they are sent. I'd rather pay for what I ordered. Out side of that, doing business with you was handled satisfactory. Next time, let me know if there's going to be a change.
Its my second time ordering. My first time was very easy and my sister-in-law loved her bouquet.

I WAS placing this order late, and it IS Christmas...HOWEVER... the bouquet that my sister received yesterday was not worth what I paid. I know it will not necessarily be exactly as pictured on line, but this was meager for $49.00.
Next time I'll order earlier?... But the gap should not be as much as it was this time!

Pls as I am with product & Service, I feel I've been used when I told I have $15 or $20 dollars discount/credit/bonus, yet my charges still total about $75 or more dollars.
It would be nice if a photo of the arrangement could be emailed to the person ordering it so that you can verify you got what you chose.
One small problem in that the local florist this site contracted my order through wouldn't deliver one mile outside their 14 mile radius so I had to make alternative arrangements to have the delivery made to a friend's job instead of her house. Otherwise it was a satisfactory experience.

To make it a 5, show differences between standard, deluxe, premium for all. And send an email confirmation with the number. If I get the promised rebate, I will definitely use you again. Delivery took a little longer than expected on Christmas Eve but arrived before the party started. And everyone said the arrangement and flowers were beautiful - they re-arranged the table so it was the centerpiece! They asked where I ordered from - so based on thatfeedback I would order from you again!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
