At the beginning you should indicate the shipping and handling fees that will be included. Also state that taxes will be added.

Great experience overall. The actual delivery color of the flowers varied somewhat, but they were in good condition, and well arranged.
Where was the 20% off signup located? Prices With taxes and delivery fees were not shown until checkout. The 20% discount was never shown. Was it ever given?

It is smaller than I expected and there was a handling charge on top of it all.
The handling charges are a little high, adding another 50% to the cost of your product. I can live with that, however, my ordered product looked nothing like the delivered product.

Selection looked good online... prices seemed reasonable until the $14.99 service charge at the end... I even agreed to a $2.99 service charge AND selected an option of $4.99 for expedited delivery.
Placed the order Friday morning. Almost 4 hours later I got a call that the flowers couldn't be delivered until Monday! Surely same day expedited delivery request should not be foreign to this service... they should know and communicate within the hour if there is available service to the destination. I will avoid this service company in the future.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
