Have to review order carefully, vase was added without asking for it and delivery cost are not added to the end, would be great to have this up front so you know the true cost from the begining.

I was directed to from you flowers for an arrangement for a funeral service. I was not aware at the time that they would be shipped from Texas to Utah. I thought it would be an order forwarded to a local florist Who would then fulfill and deliver. Not a big deal... until you realize that the mortuary had to unbox *and* arrange the flowers I ordered for my sister in law's service. I was very embarrassed, because the flowers were not open yet. They were still tight buds. Not really the look I was going for. I can only hope when they open they will be the beautiful lily arrangement I ordered. Hopefully the family will have them and be able to enjoy them... or I just spent $60 on an unbloomed lily arrangement that went straight into the mortuary trash. :( That being said, I WOULD still order for things like Mother's Day or a birthday for someone out of state that would expect to unbox an arrangement that comes via UPS. Shipping was quick, and it was delivered on time. Pricing was reasonable, ordering was easy.
Way too expensive... $52 for a little bouquet.
