It would be more ethical to mention the rather hefty "Service Charge" amount when the order is begun rather than including it on the final page of "Check Out". I felt deceived and manipulated and almost cancelled the entire order.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
