The plant that I ordered was not what she received. Was very unhappy about that.
I ordered the birthday balloons at the last minute and they were delivered within a few hours of when I placed the order. The balloons were very colorful and exactly what I was expecting. I would definitely order from this company again.

The flowers for my wife's birthday were delivered to the wrong place.she did not get her flowers until the day after her birthday and the flowers don't look like the picture. I am very disappointed with the service and the flowers. I will never use this company again

Orchids were beautiful.
Delivery earlier in the day would have been nice, but I do understand they have a route they follow so not a big deal. The recipient loved the flowers and the beautifully arranged. The price for what you got though was too much though overall. The handling fees just kick the cost so high that it makes you wanna deliver a store bought bouquet yourself. Id send flowers all the time but for that fee that makes a nice reasonably priced purchase make it feel like you did not your money's worth.
I was not the recipient, so most of my answers are assumptions, though I did hear that the flowers arrived on time and were 'gorgeous.'

The only thing that the order had in common with what I chose were the Lily's and yellow roses. The rest of the flowers were replaced with purple (not blue) flowers. This was supposed to be a Baby Boy arrangement! The only HINT that this was for a baby boy was the gingham blue and white wire ribbon that was attached! The pic showed a blue and white polka dot ribbon (no wire evident) and small blue flowers. I chose a premium arrangement and paid over $70 for this. Not what I was expecting. The arrangement was missing the blue daisies and other accents that sold me on it. I was disappointed. I like the delivery option but will opt to pick out an arrangement from a local florist myself next time
