I was very annoyed with the charge for shipping/delivery. I deleted the card information and closed the page. Then I received an email for free shipping/delivery after I was so annoyed. Why not offer that to all customers?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
