I tried to order first but cancelled because the service fee was not shown on the order before completing it.
I did not think the arrangement looked fresh and did not give the look to match the cost nor what was pictured online.
Time to order for same day delivery might be on the site, but not intuitive or bold. I ordered evidently too late for same day and was called. Fortunately was not an issue so got next day delivery.

Should have the ability to edit your order without having to hit back in the browser and then renenter all info. Would prefer to see total cost upfront before entering all info. Took a long time to receive receipt.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
