I was initially happy with the first shopping experience with fromyouflowers.com especially since it was my daughter's first birthday away from home as a freshman at Elon University. However, unfortunately I was a little disappointed when my daughter received my four orders which were from each of her parents, siblings and grandparents. First of all they were received at four different times, every two to three hours she had to go back to the post office. Secondly, the cake should have had dimensions given because the picture was misleading to believe it was bigger than palm's size (70$ price). Thirdly, the flower vase was not the same one as I selected and the bouquet was not of deluxe standard and the balloons were not purple but pink. Fourthly, the sizes of the chocolate boxes were smaller than expected, also the birthday cards were not cards but pieces of paper. Finally, the service and handling fees was added four times (60$) so the discount given was replaced by that (60$). I am sorry to say for a 326$ order I was expecting more.
My review is very similar to the 600 other ones. Days before my moms birthday, I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to her work... On the day of her birthday, I received a "your order has been delivered" email. Come to find out, my mom never received her flowers. My heart was broken and I was beyond disappointed! It took 30minutes of waiting on the 1-888 line before a customer rep picked up the line. When I explained the email and that my mom never received her arrangement. The lady told me the florists send the email out before they are delivered. How does that make any sense? She was not apologetic or offering any resolution to the situation. She nonchalantly said the flowers would come the next day. Which I was unsatisfied with bc they were ordered for my moms birthday. Not the day after... I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and was informed the same line about the florist sending the "your order has been delivered" email before it ships... The supervisor did offer a resolution of 20% off plus $10 credit. I refused, bc why would I order again? When I refused the supervisor said she would refund 50% of the cost and upgrade the arrangement... I will say the flowers arrived today and my mom says they are beautiful and is very happy! I'm satisfied that they took care of the situation, but in the future I will go to a local florist and support their business then a corporation disappointing their customers.
It was very easy to navigate the site and place the order. These were sent to another state to someone in the hospital so I didn't see them. We are in Arizona for the winter and they were sent to our hometown in PA.

I got a great coupon code for free shipping. That made my decision very easy. The flowers were supposed to come in a clear glass vase but came in a red glass vase. Other than that I was very happy.

Quick and easy but some of the flowers weren't bloomed. I'm not a flower expert but the aww factor was kind of gone since the starbursts or whatever they are called were not bloomed.

Sending flowers is extremely expensive. I should not have to spend $40 on a bouquet that costs $22.50. Other flower delivery sites have a less expensive delivery charge.

The anniversary bouquet of flowers and card arrived 1 day before the scheduled delivery date, so I was a little puzzled because I had specifically said to deliver on 02/17 and NOT 02/16. But rest was all okay, the recipient was glad to receive the flowers, albeit a day early.

I ordered flowers for my moms bday and the arrangement I picked out online doesn't look like what she recieved. The flowers were supposed to be in a mason jar but they were in a regular vase. I'm sure it's not your fault and its the florists fault but I'm a little bummed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
