So far it's great but I'm curious to see if the flowers are on time. Last time I ordered from a site online they didn't get my flowers on the day I needed them so they automatically refunded it without sending them. That's why I'm on this site

The flowers arrived on time, but my mother was very disappointed and called the florist to come and get them - they were awful! The florist did agree to replace the arrangement and promised that they would be better.

Terrible service

I ordered my daughter flowers for her birthday with a guarantee 4 hour window. 8 hours later she was getting ready to leave work and no flowers still. I sent two emails now and called couple times and never could reach anyone but an automated message. This place should not be in business and now that I see all these complaints I am very surprised they are in business. And of course they charged my card right away. Time to contact the back and give them a fraud alert. TERRIBLE.

Ordered flowers candy and balloons
Got the wrong flowers with the wrong vase. Ordered 3 balloons. Got one deflated Ballon and no candy. 1800 number has u on hold for 30 to 45 min and when the phone starts to ring thinking someone is going to answer it hangs up. It a 3 party but when delivery is made the party that send it to you leaves a bisnees card and thay should also get a bad reviews

My husband ordered a Valentines bouquet on the morning of 2-13. Paid extra for delivery. Was told they would be delivered by 6:00 pm. Arrived at 7:30 pm. Flowers were not even close as to what was ordered. Husband called and actually talked to a customer service person. He told them what he ordered and what was received. They told him they would send out another arrangement on the 14th. Never received. Emailed numerous times. Called and never got an answer. Never again will this company be used.

I think the additional charge on top of the standard charge for a following day order is a bit excessive. Update; the flower delivery was not made on time and the additional charge that seemed bogus in the first place was refunded. May have been due to weather, but would have liked them to be delivered as promised. Not sure fault, can't change the weather! Were sent in a different state than I reside.

Husband passed a year ago and before he passed he asked my daughter to make me smile on special days. She ordered flowers from this company, paid extra to have them delivered on a certain day as a surprise. They never showed up. She made several calls, phone was never answered. Finally on talking to an agent she was told she would call back within 4 hrs. Never happened. Then my daughter got an email saying they were delivered that morning. My daughter said there was a video system set up at house and no one delivered. Changed story to say if they don't have enough flowers to cover orders they make a decision on who gets them and who doesn't. So that day, they ran out and noone delivered. Then why do they take extra money to ensure delivery? Very poor customer service. How many customers have been swindled this way. What about people that were to have surprise deliveries. Customers that don't have a lot of money and trusted them. Will never use be used again.

Worst service EVER

I ordered the flowers Several days in advance. Paid extra for the delivery date and time on Valentine's Day for my mother. Received a FALSE email that the flowers were delivered early that day like they should have been. However the flowers were NEVER delivered. I emailed and called the company for for five hours straight no response. Then later on in the evening their phone was busy nobody ever answered or picked up. I called again the next day I was on hold for 45 minutes before somebody picked up. Then when they picked up they explained to me that it was "common for a florist to mark as delivered when they were going to deliver it, even though it was never delivered". Then they proceeded to completely blame the florist, however would not give me her contact information so I could call them. Then they did not want to refund me because they said they could deliver the flowers within the next 48 hours. What is the point of Valentine's Day flowers 48 hours after the holiday.

Ordered flowers for my wife. Never received them. Unable to reach from you flowers over the phone. Sent 2 emails and of course no response. It's just a scam. I suggest to who ever go through that, call your bank and make a claim of fraud and you will get your money back.

Worst place ever! They email me at 3pm to tell me they are unable to deliver today, sorry for the inconvenience. We can deliver on the 16th for a 15% discount. Wth?! It's a cookie cake that says Happy Valentine's Day, not Happy Feb 16th. And for 2 days I was on hold for over 30 min. Finally got through and they said we already refunded your money. Tried to offer me a $20 gift card... hell no. I will never order again!

I gave them 3 chances. Messed up all three times. This time was Valentine's Day. They even sent email stating they were delivered. Of course they were NOT! Don't waste your time nor money. Can't even get a real person on the phone. If I don't get my refund I'll file a fraud complaint with my credit card. Never again will I use them.

We should report this shop to the authorities? They are scam artist. Ordered flowers for my Fiancé on Valentine's Day but it never arrived. I have same complaints with everyone else. 24/7 customers service but no one is answering. Where can we report these guys? So that they'll go straight to jail!
