Apparently my husband ordered my flowers to be delivered on Valentines. They came a week early. They looked dead. They were the wrong flowers(and more leaves than flowers). When being emailed and called they are giving the run around to is. My husband has been hung up on, holding for hours... etc. Total rip off.

On February 13th 2017 at about 6:30 p.m. Pacific time I ordered some flowers for My Valentine to be delivered on February 14th 2017 at her home of residence she waited all day and all night for a no-show I am very upset about the fact that they do not want to refund my money they're trying to send me dead flowers on the wrong date and I do not appreciate it I want my money back I do not want your flowers anymore they're probably have it by now by the way it is now February 15th 9:30 a.m. Pacific time and still no show this is a very horrible experience and I do not want to ever have to deal with From You Flowers again just give me my money back and we'll be square
First off, I want to say that I am in the military so I have had to use online flower websites quite a bit. But this is by far the worst one I have ever used in my 4 years of sending flowers via internet business. I ordered flowers, a stuffed bear, and chocolate on 2/13/2017 and the website promises same day delivery. I finally have to give up and ask my fiancé if she got anything that day ruining all surprises and she says no. The next day comes and I call the number twice staying on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. Finally, today, 2/15/17, she tells me she got flowers only and some of them are broken. I called and once again was on hold for 10-15 minutes before giving up. I forgot to mention I have emailed them twice with no response of any sort.
If I could give this horrible HORRIBLE "business" a negative number for a review I would. I ordered flowers ($70) to be delivered on Valentines Day to my wife's work and THEY NEVER CAME. I tried to call throughout the day to check on the status and I could not get through to anyone for over an hour so I just hung up. My wife was the last one to leave work and the next morning she was the first one in and she noticed flowers sitting inside a doorway which means even the person who delivered them has absolutely no business sense. Please whatever you do never order from this horrible establishment, I pray they go out of business.
Like others, ordered Valentine's Day flowers, they were not delivered, the tracking system was not updated and I did not receive a response to my email. Also, when I called no one answered. After this, I thought to google them and see they LITERALLY have 100s of complaints, including those with the better business bureau. However, I encourage folks to make theft by deception and other such complaints. Criminal prosecution may help them clean up their act.
Flowers never delivered on Valentines Day, still not delivered. Was sent an automated email stating the delivery happened at 6:49pm on 2/14/2017 which is entirely false, the business was closed and the recipient went home to the day... This company is horrible, it deceives the public for a service they DO NOT provide. Although, they do take your money and do not respond to your inquiries.

Horrible horrible horrible! I spent $103 to be exact on 2 dozen long stem roses with a custom vase. The vase was 12.99 extra but it came as a clear vase with a paper design to put inside the vase! How cheap! Never mentioned that when I was ordering it! The roses were half dead and wilted all over! I wish I could post a pic of them on here! I have never been so embarrassed and dissatisfied with a company before! I've requested a full refund but no response from anyone! Never again! Stay far away from this place people! You DO NOT get what you pay for!
I ordered the fruit and snack basket. It arrived as scheduled just minus any snacks. They offered 15 dollar discount off next order. Next order you couldn't get the first one right. Do not waste your time and money.

The previous orders I have made are always delivered on time and your website is easy to navigate in shopping as well as in purchasing. I am a customer for life! I wouldn't be surprised if a few of your arrangements showed up at my funeral (hopefully not for a few more years!)

Like many other reviewers I also ordered a bouquet for Valentine's day, same day delivery, paying an additional $4.99 for this service: total costs almost $100.
Like for many other customers, it also didn't get delivered on the 14th and the customer service must be the worst ever. I have been trying to contact them by mail yesterday to ensure that they would deliver on time, after which you get a standard reply that says that their telephone lines are not working and that they will get back to you within 24 hours. Very useful if you requested same day delivery! I sent another mail later on during the day, seeing that it was getting very late for delivery after which I received a standard reply saying that they would look into it asap, but still no details given on what went wrong with the order.
In the mean time I have sent them today a mail saying that I am canceling my order and that I am not expecting my credit card to be charged considering they did not uphold their end of the deal of same day delivery. I already filed a complaint with amazon.com as well, which I used for payment.
All in all, DO NOT EVER USE this company, lets see if with enough negative reviews we can just get them out of business by motivating others to not buy here.
I ordered flowers for valentines day and it is now 11pm and they still not here...wow what good is paying the extra money to get it on a certain day when you don't get them. I will write reviews on twitter and facebook about this company that has made a special day the worst day in our 30 years of marriage. Thanks a lot FROMYOUFLOWERS for nothing.

Valentines Day - No Flowers Delivered - AT ALL. Paid the extra for delivery before noon, ordered 2 days in advance. No delivery - no call - no reason! Stay away! The break dreams.
