My custom vase, which I paid $12 extra for mind you, was a plain old glass vase with a paper with my custom image taped to it. Perfect. Oh, and the flowers looked disgusting. I paid $65 for this.

El paquete me llego via ups con unas rosas marchitas y maltratadas, ademas de que no tenian nada que ver con el producto visto en la pagina, flores no abiertas con poco brillo, toda una decepcion, pague un extra para que las flores llegaran en la manana e igual llegaron pasadas las 2 de la tarde, es una total decepcion la compania no se la recomendaria a nadie, no viene aclarada toda la descripcion del producto, sorprende mucho lo que recibes comparado con toda la maravilla que vez en la pagina de ellos

I was guaranteed an expedited shipping with additional pay of $4.99, and was told my order would arrive before 5pm. It never did. I called to get an update and the customer pretended to help and hung up on me. I tried reaching them back and no response. I wish there was a way to make sure every potential customer sees the reviews before doing business. Please STAY AWAY! They are scam artists.
If I could give a zero rating I would. DO NOT order from this company unless u don't care when the flowers get delivered. They charged a Valentine's Day premium for delivery and never delivered the flowers so it ruined Valentine's Day. It's difficult to contact them and i was reading other reviews who constantly share the same frustrations. It's not worth the risk if you send flowers for a special occasion
I receive a damage rose and the bouquet is way different from the photo on your website And the flowers is half weathered.

Shopping for the flowers was fine. However, not only did the approved shop deliver incorrect flowers on the wrong day, the flowers that were received on the correct day were awful! I could have gotten better looking flowers from the grocery store for $12. The arrangement was bent, creased, half dead looking. The shop should be ashamed to deliver those on Valentines Day. I'm going to demand my money back for this embarrassment!

Easy to use
I ordered a candy basket to be delivered today, Valentine's Day, at his job. I ordered this Sunday and it's supposed to arrive between 9 AM- 5 PM today since it's a business. Well I've been tracking the order online with their tracker and the green has not moved one bit. I now have tried calling and their is no answer just a busy tone. So I checked the reviews and everyone is saying they didn't deliver on time. It's supposed to be a surprise gift but now he might not even get it. Read reviews! I wish I would have.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
