Shopping for the flowers was fine. However, not only did the approved shop deliver incorrect flowers on the wrong day, the flowers that were received on the correct day were awful! I could have gotten better looking flowers from the grocery store for $12. The arrangement was bent, creased, half dead looking. The shop should be ashamed to deliver those on Valentines Day. I'm going to demand my money back for this embarrassment!

Easy to use
I ordered a candy basket to be delivered today, Valentine's Day, at his job. I ordered this Sunday and it's supposed to arrive between 9 AM- 5 PM today since it's a business. Well I've been tracking the order online with their tracker and the green has not moved one bit. I now have tried calling and their is no answer just a busy tone. So I checked the reviews and everyone is saying they didn't deliver on time. It's supposed to be a surprise gift but now he might not even get it. Read reviews! I wish I would have.

I placed an order on the 10th for the 13th. It was never delivered. I've called only to be hung up on when I wasn't on hold. No response to emails either. Waste of $$$
I should have read all the review first. Trying to get hold of them for valentine's flower delivery and the phone is always busy. Someone need to shut down this company.
I paid over $150 to have the Delux roses with two balloons that said i love you a large box of chocolate and a large teddy bear for this Valentine's Day for my fiance they gave me the Small teddy bear and small chocolate and half dead roses and only gave me one balloon I could went out and got all this for fifty bucks on the corner of someone's pickup truck I will never ever use this service again!
The Service and Handling fee should be expressed up front.

Ordered two dozen roses for valentines, order was placed almost a full month before 2/14, original add stated flowers would be "hand Delivered" by a "local Florist", on 2/13 I got a UPS tracking number stating the flowers were on there way; in a DAMN BOX!
I called and complained about the delivery and got no help, was told to wait until flowers are delivered and then call back, if there is a problem.
Needless to say I will be calling back for a refund, if I wanted flowers in a box I would have used 1800flowers and paid half of what I was charges by fromyouflowers.com

Experience was fine - not excited to find the $15.00 service charge until AFTER I submitted all the payment information... I'm sure you did that on purpose, as do all the other flower people.
Ordered flowers for a 4 hour delivery after 6 hours I called and they said they had to verify who I was that was B S
As they billed my card when I called the order they said they could make the delivery the next day I told them they ruined the day for 2 people and cancel the order waiting 4 refund no telling nhow long that will take if at all possible do not order with on line florist find a local florist you get better service nicer flowers and no B S
Although the prices were reasonable, the flowers that were delivered late, were wilted and dying, the quality of the flowers was poor, The funeral home felt so badly they offered to replace the flowers, I declined, However I will never, order flowers from this site again and I will advise others of my horrible experience

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
