The size of the flower arrangement was not quite what I expected (smaller than expected), but the arrangement was beautiful. Delivery was very prompt. I don't think it's wise to add the "expedited delivery" option on a same day delivery (extra $4 bucks), as it makes it appear that the company is just trying to earn extra easy profit. I didn't pay it and got the flowers in just hours.

Ordered a month ahead of time and received an email that my order had been delivered- which was completely false and my mother never received the $50 flower arrangement i paid for. I have been trying to call and have been placed on hold numerous times. Going to keep trying but NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE

The flowers arrived later than I expected them to arrive. My wife almost left work before the flowers got there.
A bit sneaky and misleading...I searched for same day options, and still got hit with a same day fee on top of an already hefty delivery charge. I should have used my shoprunner membership with free shipping from your competitor.
Everything was great!
My order total for a florist designed deluxe bouquet complete with vase and same day delivery was cheaper than the same size florist designed grocery store bouquets, some of which also included vases like my order, but the price of theirs did not include delivery, a card, or tax!
I'll never get out to purchase flowers again! I'd much rather get them delivered from here for a lesser price for more and better products.
My only disappointment is that I never got to see the flowers I had delivered because I chose to have the florist design them as I am very indecisive and it's a better value. Often times the recipients, especially those who are grieving, don't take and send a picture of the flowers to the sender upon receipt...or ever.
It would be nice to receive a picture of your personal order with the delivery confirmation email from the company.
Handling price is up there. Will shop around more next time.

We ordered the perfect pink bouquet for the reason we wanted hot pink Gerber Daisy's which was what the bouquet was all about. I also ordered the premium upgrade. What I received was mostly greens in the smallest vase with white carnations. Paid for early delivery before 12 and the flowers arrived at 3pm. The florist that made the arrangement was nice and remade the arrangement for me but still no upgrade premium look the 2nd time gave me a smaller vase than the last order and gave me 1 white Gerber Daisy because that was all they have. Very very disappointed with the price and what I received. I could have went to publix and made the arrangement I received for 12 dollars. Be advised if I would have check the reviews I would have never ordered from this company! Never again!
