Placed order yesterday

Placed order yesterday.
Today email sent saying complete my order. I dont understand.
Had already went thru billing. Just 3 hours before service I was replacing the same order.:(
I recommend shoppers look for a follow up email of confirmation. Had I not done that, my flowers would NOT have been at the funeral home.

Update: replaced order less than four hours from service time. Flowers were delivered in under 3 hours. Happy for that. Flowers were also quite large and beautiful.
Will probably try this website again.

Sending flowers to my lovely Grandmother's has been sweet and easy. A great way to thank them. Thanks. There was a miss delivery, and I had a difficult time getting through to customer service, however I acquired the number to one of the florist, and he was very polite. He went and replaced my Grandmother in New York order to the proper bouquet. I was very pleased. I will try again to order again, and thank you all for the service.
