Shopping experience good, but I haven't seen the product yet. The product, though I paid for an upgrade in flowers did not have as many blooms as your pictured product. I would like to see a more accurate depiction of the what a customer can expect to purchase.
The arrangements where splendid
I think you should make the price of the arrangements more up front. I went through the entire process only to realize on the very last page that my order had doubled in price. Obviously there will be extra fees for someone to put the arrangement together so why hide it until the end? Even though the flowers I chose saved me $10, I still feel like I got cheated somehow. Just a marketing tip, people don't like to see the price go up a lot at the end.
The cost was to much an the basket an products was much smaller than pictured.

Quick, easy and the flowers were terrific
The ordering process was fine, but the quality of the flowers delivered were unimpressive. Since I cannot specify the florist that would be creating the arrangement, I won't use your service again and will go directly to a reputable local florist.
They came in a box upside down wilted and totally unacceptable the vase came with a sticker of a picture instead of the silkscreen picture which is what I was led to believe I called requested my money back they said it would be returned within seven days. You never send valentines flowers in a box

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
