I'm very disgusted with the service of the flower shop that made the arrangement and delivered it. The flowers were brown on the ends and the one big flower in the front is so brown that it looks like it's about dead. The delivery person never called to make sure the person was home before delivering the flowers and when they got to the house they never knocked but just set the arrangement down outside. The person was home but had no idea anyone was there. She didn't know the flowers were there until the visiting nurse arrived and brought the flowers in. She doesn't know how long the flowers set outside.

I am highly disappointed! The flowers I ordered were NOTHING like she received! Please if your going to show a picture of what people are ordering...make sure that's what they get...too much money spent... I'll never order from your company again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
