The flowers look great so I'm happy with that. I felt the delivery cost was high and I am not happy that they were not delivered until late afternoon on Monday when I placed the order Friday so there was plenty of time to make arrangements and have them there at least mid-day. If they had arrived by noon I would have been happy. After 3 is not acceptable

AWFUL-DO NOT USE!

I ordered for a same day deliver. Received a confirmation and everything. Called later that day and was told they would be delivered. Called 2 days later and said they would refund my shipping and upgrade my order. Still no delivery, called the next day (Saturday), no answer! Called Monday, they apologized and offered me an upgrade and 50% off my order. I said NO and demanded a full refund. It took over 20 minutes to get someone to tell me my order was refunded and I would get an email confirmation. I demanded a confirmation # NOW. I was put back on hold for 35 minutes, ended up hanging up after I finally received the email refund confirmation. Checked my credit card account and only $59.99 was refunded. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I had problems the first time I ordered from you but I am ordering again as I believe it will be GOOD this time...Was thrilled that the order was delivered but wished it could have been earlier in the day...that probably was my problem as I didn't state the time...and my 96th year cousin had lots of company that day. I am a happy camper!

Order flower cake for my daughter's birthday. After having change place of deliveries because they stated they could not be delivered to place of employment. I gave home address. They still were not delivered. Made a call and was informed that they would upgrade the order and she would received them the next day or the day after that at the latest. She has still not received them. When asked what floweriest they used so we could go pick them up ourselves. Were informed they couldn't give us that information. Know I am asking for my money back due to their 100% money back guarantee. After reading other peoples reviews I doubt I will every see that money again. They did refund my money which is in their favor

If I could review ZERO stars I would...

I ordered You're in My Heart PREMIUM bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend for Valentines Day. What arrived was not even close to anything the pic, (2nd pic) on website shows NOT EVEN CLOSE

The pitiful bouquet that showed up is embarrassing... (1st pic)
