The arrangement was to be delivered on February 29, as I paid for weekend delivery but didn't arrive until February 20, then looked nothing like the arrangement pictured. The roses were fine, but instead of the other various flowers, the rest was greenery. I could have gotten the same thing at the grocery store for half the price and delivered it myself.

Purchased flowers as a gift for a 50th birthday. Paid $50 for flowers that look like I could have purchased at a grocery store clearance rack not to mention the arrangement was awful. They looked as though the delivery man knocked them over and threw them back in the vase. I hate to complain, but I am less than satisfied and will not use this service again. Also, I feel like I need to make purchase another arrangement to make up for this one.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
