My friends were absolutely thrilled! They get a fresh surge of joy every time they see their flowers. Personally, I was not thrilled with a few of the substitutions, but I understand that not every vendor will have what you feature, especially on a same day delivery. My friends got their surprise just slightly more than an hour after I placed the order. Wonderful!

I ordered flowers for a funeral which had to be delayed because of the pandemic. Customer service cancelled the order for me without any question and refunded me the full price. When the funeral was rescheduled I was able to order the same arrangement on line without any difficulty. Thank you.
The delivery by ups was late in the evening. Not happy about how late the flowers arrived.
