Ordered these for a friend. Flowers and Chocolates were left on porch on a hot day. Did not show damage, but could have and I was concerned.
This is ridiculous, such an embarrassment. The flower is not even close to what it looked like on your website and the confirmation email I received. I'm not gonna pay for this piece of ****. Already called the customer service and waiting for them to get back to me, but the embarrassment of sending this freaking flower to my mom for her birthday is not gonna go away.
I was disappointed to see that you wait until the end to let me know that there is a $14.99 handling charge. No wonder you offer"discount". It leads you to believe that you are getting a better deal than you actually are. You need to make consumers aware in the beginning that there will be a charge as you do with the delivery area. I could have used FTD for the same price and at least I know that I am getting a quality product up front from past experience.

Although the magazine message indicates credit card information will not be shared, it is in light print and if someone does not look closely, they would not understand they will be receiving unwanted magazines. The service provided here and the magazine do not correlate and seem like it could be a scam.
