I want to add about the pre-delivery phone call, I had given my cell phone, not the person receiving the plant basket because 1) I didn't know the person's phone number. 2) it states on the site when ordering, if you want to keep it as a surprise that you can just enter the billers ph #. So I had enter my number.
This morning I received a phone call. I answered "hello." They said, "Hello (recipient's name)." I stated that I am the biller. With a snobby voice she said, "Well I need that phone number of the recipients". I replied back, "I'm sorry but I don't have her number and on the site it stated that I didn't need it if I want to keep it as a surprise." Then the lady said, "WELL, we are only attempting the delivery once!" and went silence. I said "hello? Hello?" No response back.
I felt that the lady was very rude, especially if she is representing that floral shop!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
