I use these guys for everything and an never disappointed! This order was for my little cousin who had surgery, they were to cheer her up. She loved the flowers and the medium best is really big and soft!
Did not like the service charge fee of 12 dollars. It raises the price to what my florist charges and I could of went there instead and cut you guys out because it came from my florist I use.

I ordered the sympathy fruit basket for delivery to someone else at a different address. It was delivered as promised. A couple of web improvement would be nice. Such as, the picture of the product didn't change when select Deluxe or higher value product. I just trust that I get what I pay. I saw the same day/weekend fee of $2.99 fee upfront, but didn't see the $14.99 service/handling fee until the end. All in all, the web ordering was easy & not too difficult.

I had to call because my order wasn't delivered at the end of the posted delivery hours. They were able to get the order delivered about an hour later. The arrangement was nice however some of the flowers were wilting already. Also, I ordered a "Sunflower Bouquet" for personal reasons and unfortunately there weren't any sunflowers in the arrangement my daughter received. I was emailed a coupon toward another order for the delay and dissatisfaction with the order.

It was great flowers were very nice and fresh the only problem was the balloons were not fully blowed up they looked bad upon delivery but other than that the items were very nice
