I ordered in part because I received an email stating "fee delivery", so I was expecting my total to be the cost of the bouquet I chose plus tax. Instead there was an additional $14.99 fee. What's this fee for? I choose fromyouflowers.com in part because of the good prices, adding unexpected fees means the real cost is much higher than I anticipated AND it felt deceptive.
I have been happy with the product, so that's not the issue. I'm not happy about what I consider to be deceptive practices, and if I don't use your service in the future that would be why.
Pineapple wasnt available for same day delivery but next day was acceptable and same day charged was credited. Overall great experience

The flower looked nothing like the picture was very unsatisfied with the vendor used to deliver and arrange the bouquet of flowers... They did not deliver them the day they were supposed to.

Product satisfaction should be provided by recipient. I am 250 miles away and did not have the opportunity to see the product. Delivery time was supposed to be Feb. 2, do not know why it was delayed.
Party received gift on time. An idea for you. Take a picture of the gift before delivery and send to the customer. Then customer ( me) can comment about if the gift was correctly assembled. Party texted me that they appreciated it
