I was very disappointed with the flower arrangement. My sister passed away. As we were driving the long distance to get to her funeral, I decided it would be a good time to order flowers for her. I found a very beautiful arrangement on this website. I even made sure the arrangement pictured was the one I ordered. To my extreme dissapointment, when the flowers arrived, they didn't look like the beautiful arrangement I had ordered from this site. The arrangement was smaller than I ordered. There was NO beautiful bow. (There wasn't a bow at all). I took pictures, if you would like to see. It shows how different they were from what was advertised. I only had one sister and the flowers did not measure up to her beauty.

I paid for premium flowers which was 88 dollars thinking it will look like the photo that was displayed when I clicked premium however the bundle was smaller than expected and I was disappointed very disappointed

My mother in law and I ordered flowers for her boyfriends birthday, we got a basket of flowers, a teddy bear and a box of chocolates the total was 140 dollars! The flowers were tiny! The pictures are soooo misleading! They don't substitute they simply just don't add the flowers they don't have, wrong basket color, the bear, omg the bear you can't look at it without tears! It looks like it's been through hell, the chocolates were just plain tiny. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!
