Friendly site. Now just have to insure the flowers look beautiful. I have had a couple of problems in the past. Fingers crossed.
The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. My brother sent pictures to insure it was what we ordered. He and his wife thought it was a lovely to celebrate the life of her mother the day of Mom's memorial service.

This company is horrible! I ordered flowers from them last month. Was charged for the same day delivery also and I received an email stating it was delivered but found out a week and half later my friend who had twins early never received the flowers at the hospital. I called them and they ended up delivering flower to her home and gave me $20 credit with no mentioning expiration. Today I received an email stating that my credit will expire today. The money is not a big deal but I think this company needs to be shut down for messing with people's emotion and money.

The arrangement was beautiful. But very small and not worth the money. I can get a bigger bouquet of flowers from Costcos or Walmart for half the price. I doubt I will be buying any from here again. Sorry.

I ordered 2 arrangements and between the 2 spent $190. I ordered a deluxe arrangement (very full and lush) and a medium size arrangement of just stargazer lillies (her favorite) one arrangement arrived first and of course she took a picture of it to thank me. It was not what I ordered, it was a small basket with daisies and carnations. I wouldn't have paid for that. So I called the customer service number, they were wonderful! They told me they would have the florist fix it. The next day she received both of her orders that I sent, but they asked her for the ones they gave her previously back. I felt like that was so rude, it was their mistake, she still deserved those flowers. Unfortunately it seems like any time you order something online, the florists they send the orders to kinds screw you over :( the company was great but unfortunately the florist they sent he order to is the one that produces the product

100 times easier than ftd I just hope the flowers are beautiful! When my sister got the surprise of the flowers she sent me a photo I was very let down they looked old and didn't look a thing like the photo! Probably won't use again.

I paid $45 for a gift basket plus a $15 handling fee expecting to receive something similar to what was pictured, or at least something in the SAME PRICE RANGE! They sent cheap peanuts instead of cashews and a pack of peanut butter crackers instead of almonds. Very disappointed for the price I paid! By no means was I expecting to receive a basket exactly like the picture but they could have replaced the items with something better. I would have been better off ordering the plain, cheaper candy basket!
