I paid $45 for a gift basket plus a $15 handling fee expecting to receive something similar to what was pictured, or at least something in the SAME PRICE RANGE! They sent cheap peanuts instead of cashews and a pack of peanut butter crackers instead of almonds. Very disappointed for the price I paid! By no means was I expecting to receive a basket exactly like the picture but they could have replaced the items with something better. I would have been better off ordering the plain, cheaper candy basket!

I had no issues with fromyouflowers.com site and site service. I do however have an issue with the product that was delivered from what I assume was your subcontractor. I just received a picture of the arrangement. I ordered a $144.99 arrangement. If I chose this arrangement at an actual florist, I would expect to pay $40 tops. It was embarrassing and disappointing to say the least. A sad and completely unacceptable tribute to our loved one.

Cost a little more than I would have paid. But the dilvery was fast. It came about 2 to 3 hr after I ordered them and my sister loved them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
