I feel like I was tricked as the Service / Handling charges were not mentioned until I had already invested a bunch of time selecting flowers, writing my cards, setting up an account, inserting addresses, etc. And, I am also being charged an extra $2.99 for each order despite the fact that I am NOT placing an order for same day or weekend delivery (which the fee is supposedly for). Overall, the site functionality is great and I could see myself using this service to order all of my flowers (and I order a bunch). However, the hidden fees have left a bad taste in my mouth. Consider showing these fees up front and be transparent with your customers. I don't mind paying a little extra for the service but don't like being duped.
Also, the character limitation on the card message was smaller than I would have liked. I had to get real creative in order to get my message across. Consider increasing this.

Please groom your roses prior to delivery: 2/3 were flailing open and one of them looks like it won't last very long. Arrangement looked like flowers put into vase hastily rather than a tailored arrangement.

Shopping was fine but there is no place for special
Info like: "Do not use front door. Use side or rear"
Which is applicable to my order/ ORDER RECIEVED HOWEVER FRONT DOOR USED, RECIPIENT WOULD NEVER HAD SEEN THEM. I HAD TO CALL AND ADVISE THEM TO LOOK. OTHERWISE...BEAUTIFUL

The only issue I had was that the flowers weren't able to be delivered the first time, but this was my fault for not making sure the apartment was accessible. The delivery man called me and we were able to figure out a later time for the flowers to be delivered. They were delivered in the evening and were still a surprise to my girlfriend, who loved them!
