Great experience, fast service!
Placing order was easy. There was some confusion about delivery as I received delivery confirmation email but gift had not been delivered. I contacted customer service and they were wonderful getting things straightened out.
I did not see the arrangement myself, but the friend I sent it to called me immediately and was thrilled with the flowers! She said they were absolutely beautiful and the smell emanating from the arrangement was heavenly! I was so thrilled with her response, that I ordered another arrangement today as a "thank you" for another friend who unexpectedly helped me with a situation I was in. I can't wait until she gets her flowers! I definitely will be ordering from you again, and most likely, the next time I order it will be for myself!

The arrangement that was delivered had daisies in it, not white asiatic lilies and white Monte Casinos. I have a picture of what it should have looked like and what was delivered.

The delivery was late. So my wife's wasn't there to receive it. There was only three roses in my arrangement, while in the picture/advertisement there's was a full dozen. The type set on the card was so bad the card was hard to read.
