I talk to the owner tonight once again about my order and he is going above and beyond to get an engine shipped out to me whenever they were out of stock. I explained to this guy the situation and my financial problems that I'm currently in without a vehicle and not being able to afford the upgraded engine that they did have in stock and Robert Frazier himself the owner contacted me and went above and beyond to help me get an engine back in my vehicle. This is a family run company and they are wonderful people they will help you out anyway possible.

I called 12 times in the morning on cyber Monday trying to place an order and I was told that they would call me back 12 times. Finally on my 13th call they tried telling me the same thing and furious I insisted my order be placed then because I was trying all morning and nobody was calling me back. Keep in mind I called them the very minute they opened and I didn't get the place my order until 1:30 PM. I called the next three days asking for tracking information because as their automated system Claims that they ship same day for most orders. Well that Friday I received a call finally after calling probably 10 times a day since I placed my order insisting on tracking information and they told me I was the fourth person to place an order for that particular engine that day and they only had three in stock. So, I am told I can pay an additional $300 for the same engine but with a higher warranty. Claims that they ship same day for most orders. I tried explaining to the owner that I called in 12 times that day and I should've been the first person to place an order for that particular engine which is a 3.6 GMC for my GMC Acadia. Well, being strapped for cash because of the holidays and obviously my engine blowing up in my vehicle I go and borrow money from family to pay the additional 300. Whenever I called back in to pay the 300 I am also told I have to pay at 4:50 core charge and they absolutely would not waive it for me even though the mistake was on their end. I tried explaining to the owner that I called in 12 times that day and I should've been the first person to place an order for that particular engine which is a 3.6 GMC for my GMC Acadia Now instead of having my car by Christmas time after the engine being installed I'm on a three week waiting list possibly longer and then I'm going to have to wait another 1 to 2 weeks for it to be installed thanks Fraser engines merry Christmas. This has caused me a new job that I was supposed to start now I have no way back-and-forth to work because of their sales people lying and not calling their customers back. After the engine I bought from them sucked a valve after 150 miles. They made me send it back. They accused me of overheating the engine, removing the heat tabs, and putting on dirty covers. None of which are true. They refused to honer their and I quote "5 yeas/ Unlimited miles NO FAULT (one time free replacement no questions asked)" warranty. They now have $4,448.00, original engine core, The engine I bought, my valve and timing covers, and my oil pan. When i talked to the owner Robert Fraser he told me he would charge me with insurance fraud for removing the heat tabs if i took legal action against them. THERE WERE NO HEAT TABS ON THIS ENGINE! According to them they were supposed to be heat tabs on the back of the heads. Here is a picture of the engine the day i took it out of the crate. Clearly nothing on the back of the heads. Buyer Beware.

Your concerns make sense. We could have handled this problem to relieve your stress and anxiety but we didn't do that. I'm sorry about that.
This was the problem that was brought to my attention last week.

Important Heat Tab Information
Heat Tabs are installed on engines to detect abnormally high engine coolant temperature.
The Heat Tabs are placed on the cylinder head(s) and on the engine block in an area that is in
Direct contact with the engine coolant. They can be found mounted on the casting surface or
Inside of a freeze plug.

If the engines operating temperature reaches or exceeds 250Β° F the center of the Heat Tab will
Melt and flow out. This is a positive and certified method of determining whether the engine
Has reached a temperature beyond the normal operating range, thus voiding the warranty.
***The warranty is also void if the heat tab shows any signs of being tampered with or is removed
From the engine.***

FAILURE OF AN ENGINE FROM THE EFFECTS OF OVERHEATING IS NOT COVERED UNDER
THE LIMITED WARRANTY.

3rd transmission
October 30, 2019

First transmission replacement; Fraser sent me a direct check for $800 to cover my mechanic. We let it go the radiator/oil/AAA tow bill. Now after transmission 2 & 3 I have been directed for 4 months too Moveras the actual transmission manufacturer; who will be $300 of the $800 bill for my mechanic. I am out $1000. 00 To top it off "PAUL" said 6 weeks ago "he would make it right, if Moveras continued to refuse to make the payment" and today the "owner" said he was contacting his attorney and i am not to ever call there again. Note: the decision to install this 4th transmission was after checking with Ford for $1200 labor cost; and $3000 for a new transmission that "Paul" and i determined this would be the last time i would try the Fraser sold to me transmission. They reinterated that they are a "broker" selling others products, and i should be furious at Moveras. However, having one check for the 1st transmission for $800; and then the promise "to make it right" today they state nope-it wont happen.

Fraser is the best!

No one ever wants to face having to change an engine. But having that experience I am so glad Frazier was available. I got a great product at a great price and great service. I couldn't believe how much better my car performs with their engine. I am extremely satisfied with Frasier and would readily recommend them to anyone!

Horrible company to deal with, worst customer service ever by "Paul" and one of the owners, they sent me 4 bad engines I've been dealing with this issue for 8 months now, I even took the vehicle to the dealer to get it diagnosed on my own expense and they told me the engine had no compression and gave me a report that was sent to Paul, when I sent back the engines they told me our analysis company didn't find anything wrong with the engines and we cant pay you labor warranty, also told me they going to refund me for the bad engine but never got my money back.
Going to sue them in court to get my money back

Awesome is all I can say about my Fraser experience! My 5.4 f150 truck engine they sold me was made in America (trust me I checked 1st), and by American standards and quality (I'm UAW, I'd know if any less). The price & value (free install parts kit) I received blew away every other call I made to replace or fix it. My opinion is that after 32 years working on the line in a Ford Truck Plant, directly in the Motor City; I'd say they have some of the best pricing and warranties in my industry. Seriously... call them!

On January 2018 I had initially decided to replace both the engine & transmission on my 2011 Chrysler 300C due to a failed timing belt on engine and ordered both via Fraser Engine which was installed and ran great except for 1 thing it had a problem buring oil right out of the starting gate which inevitably ended up using 1 quart of oil every 2,000 mile which did not work for me... after discussing issues with Fraser Engine on August 2018 they sent me a replacement 5.7 liter hemi engine and paid the labor however the replacement engine only went 27,000 miles and while on cruise control at 75 mph with no warning or engine lights completely shut down... vehicle was towed to my mechanic and it was determined that engine had no compression and had thrown a timing belt."again" I did contact Fraser Engine who had another guy by the name of * in charge of warranty for tri-star engine that rebuilt engine phone me and immediately after I said "Hello" cut me off and said "I want to be very clear with you and if you interrupt me before I am finished talking or say anything at all I will hang up and we will be finished and went on to say are we clear... do you fully understand before we begin"... I was then told he has bad news for me and they will not replace engine... * made a stressful situation a nightmare as he was unprofessional, rude, and a cold harded p---k that should never be in the eye of the public and left me with a bad taste in my mouth particularly in his mannerism. I can tell you that there is no way I would ever consider doing business with this company again after the way he handled my extremely stressful situation with a 2nd bad engine in 12 months from same company... bottom line I ended up selling the car for scrap and decided to wipe my hands clean of Fraser engine, Tri star engine & *. It seemed obvious to me they have a major quality control problem in their production line and decided to cut my losses.

Amazing business
August 17, 2017

I replaced the engine in my 2005 Ford F150 5.4L and it runs better then it did when i first bought the vehicle! Customer service was fantastic and it was so much easier and cheaper then going through the dealer. 5 stars for fraser!
