Good luck getting ahold of customer service. I have tried for weeks and just found out that their phone system will kick you to spam phone number if you call multiple times without them answering. Press 6 for warranty and I bet you they will not answer. Had to blow up their email to finally get someone to call me. Once talking to them... Very Rude, and if you questioned her - you were the rude one and she was going to let you go. I have wasted soooo much time trying to get ahold of them and time is money and productivity. I would tell everyone, it's worth going elsewhere no matter what the cost. I wish I would have read all these review prior to purchasing unit from them. I think it's comical reading their responses to all the reviews. If they did operate with such integrity and professionalism, they might be more sincere about what is being said about them.

Absolute Scam. The owner took my order then substituted a much more expensive engine than the one I ordered. When I called to correct (the next morning, before the item was shipped), they threatened to sue me, saying that I would either accept the more expensive item, take the old item plus a $400 charge for wasting their time, or be sued for the whole amount if I canceled the order. The owner, David Fraser, was literally shouting, saying his wife was a lawyer, and that he would love to teach a f*** like me a lesson. Then, on top of that, he pulled my mechanic's name from the order form and proceeded to call them on another phone (while I could still hear them on the other line), trash-talking me and asking personal questions about my family (like whether they had enough money / could be convinced to pay for the engine instead). My mechanic called me and advised me just to take the deal and call it a cheap lesson in dealing with crazy people / not reading reviews, but after installation the engine doesn't even run correctly. I haven't even been able to drive the vehicle due to constant misfires that neither me nor my mechanic have been able to solve. One thing's for sure though, I'll burn the truck and roll it down a hill before I contact their customer service again.

Purchased a rebuilt engine in October got installed November by mechanic. Drove one mile and engine wasn't running right. Took back to shop called Fraser they had the mechanic perform all kind of test to finally decide we needed to return it four weeks later. Returned and they determined that it somehow hydro-static lock from some outside source. We are out over $10,000 on this engine, install, take out, send back and they won't honor any type of warranty. It was installed by licensed mechanic. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE. JASPER IS MORE EXPENSIVE BUT WILL COVER THEIR WARRANTY.

Hello, been trying to get my Engine warranty for the past 3 days I have called and emailed them still nobody returned my call or email. Soon I call sale it's like a quick button that they don't want anything to do with you, but they don't have a problem selling you new stuff but warranty they run away from there customers and the customer are always right and must take care of your customer to keep your customers to come back to you. So you put your product out there I suggest take care of your customer and do the right thing.

First let me say i commend the entire team at Frasier engine.
A couple of months ago the engine in my dodge went out. After some searching i called frasier they had one on hand spoke with john( he was very nice) I puchased the engine was here in 3 days installed it had a little problem so the dealership and i called the warranty department spoke to paul (another extremly nice person)located another engine got in a about a week its now installed and runs great no problems. I will certianly recommend them and do my business with them. It took a couple of months in all and paul the vp with the warranty department stayed in touch the whole time. They deserve 10 stars. Very poor service. One week after initiating a claim and nothing. Very poor customer service. I have owned a shop for 40 years and NEVER had such problems getting a company to warranty their product. About ready to just return it and get another manufacturer. I have two other vehicles in the shop in need of a transmission and do you think I will give them a chance to quote it? Yeah right! NO!

Communication is key factor when dealing with warranty factors,Mr salin clarified issues which is greatly appreciated.
Was told engine would ship April 8th when that didn't happen was told April 15th. Emailed the Fraser again I got the same response will look into it and get back to you. I was told someone would call me today with answers and nothing! Copy of my last email ( I am giving this to my VP, Paul. I am not getting correct information from our shop and I am getting frustrated. I can only imagine the headache this is causing you. I will have Paul reach out to Lanny and find out what is going on. Either myself or Paul will call you directly tomorrow with more information.)
Didn't receive my oil pan and oil sump upon arrival of new engine. Hard to get refund. Main engine seal blew first week. Took almost 2 months for the warranty to payout for my claim. Down right horrible. Customer Service is horrible. Can't get anyone on the phone. Email response turn around is days and weeks if any. Still waiting on my refund. I bought my engine July 2022. I had it shipped to Texas. January 2023 paid $1100 to replace rear main seal and lifters. Horrible experience. I also had and still have lifter ticking. Again, horrible experience for $5K.

Worst customer service disrespectful and VERY rude talked to a man called jimmy he said he was there for 30 years and he asked me how many engines did he have. Obviosly i dont no, he wouldnt transfer me as he said he was the only one that could help me he wouldnt take the quote number i received the prior day asked him again for a different salesman he got mad rude and told me he was going to block my number, so i called back and guess what i got a different sales person she said jimmy was a real problem My hopes are that the owner David Fraser see's this review and see whats happening in His own company. Yesterday, 1/16/2023, I placed my engine order with a salesperson named Jimmy. At the conclusion of the phone call, I was informed that the sale was finalized and that my engine would arrive in 7-10 business days. This morning, 1/17/2023 around 0830, I phoned Frasier back since I did not receive a receipt nor did it post to my bank account. I was transferred to Jimmy. While on the call with Jimmy, I explained that I had not received a receipt, and he informed me that the transaction had been refused and that the last engine of that specification had been sold. He said that someone tried to call me yesterday and if I wanted an engine, I would have to consider purchasing one of the more expensive brands. I attempted to ask him what time whomever called, but he became agitated and said "that doesn't matter" and "who cares?" and became real irate. My experience has taught me that someone who denies to address a circumstance so strongly is being dishonest. He then abruptly ended the call like I didn't matter, and was just another "phone call." In addition, he is behaving in this manner against Veterans who have served the country for 20 years or more. This information was on my original product request form and I was "thanked for my service" yesterday. NEVER AGAIN WILL I conduct business with a company that treats ANYONE like I was treated. What happened over the past two days was not a coincidence; rather, it was a blessing in disguise, and I hope this helps someone make the correct choice.
So earlier tonight I'm directed to this 'SiteJabber.com' site to leave a review for another company. When prompted to sign up for an account, I discover that by signing-in with Google I already have an account where of three reviews I had long forgotten about, Fraser Engines was number 1. It took me a minute because it had to have been in early Spring of 2018 when I contact Fraser about needing an engine for my then 2008 Mazda 3. It all came back to me and I couldn't be more happy that I never transacted anything with these people.
The long & the short is like this: I spoke with a man who initially was helpful and informative. He said they had my engine, that it would be a remanufactured engine. I was quoted and we were to speak the following day. The next day, there was something about my order needing to go through a manager for some reason or the other, do it was then a waiting game. The way it ended was just simply that contrary to what had been discussed, they actually did not have my engine in stock, remanufactured or otherwise and basically escalated to me attempting to reach a member of their management team. This never came to pass. In the end, it was a complete disappointment and frankly, I remember being very angry over this. I know there is more detail in there that just doesn't come right to me but I can say, without reservation, thst I am so grateful for never doing business with this place. After reading some of the reviews, I couldn't help but remember what a mess this was! Never would I do business with this place!
What should be blatantly obvious is that what this place is doing is inflating the actual retail value of these engines, then turning around, locating the engine from who or wherever, tagging it to their business name and then passing it back along to the vehicle owner. I note a previous user who was waiting for over a month for an engine he was told they had available. They may have some stock but it's minimal. I would not EVER do business with this place. It's nauseating reading the experiences of others.

I called Fraser engines to purchase an engine for my 2014 Ford f350. John said it was in stock. Paid $******* on 10/26/22. Promised it was shipped, to arrive every week on Wednesday since. Nothing. Very slow replies. Just want what I paid for. Order #*******, its been a month. Ive spent $2800 in car rental fees still no engine. Very poor service. They were recommended to me from someone that used them 6 years ago.

Ordered motor on or around 12/18/21 took almost two months to get said motor that was told was in stock motor was installed by a shop new water pump new hoses flushed system before install of motor not even 3k miles on motor oil pressure is low they said pull motor and return to them they have had motor for several weeks I called Ed says motor had been very hit which is bs I drove my truck to the shop which is 60 miles away at highway speeds no problem just worried about low oil pressure my digital gauge never showed o sr heating at any time and gauge read same as manual gauge did at the shop

Dealng with Anthony is impossible; he is rude and obnoxious. Now I am going to get an attorney and probably fly to Michigan for a lawsuit.
