The website has detailed instructions on how to measure and how the measurement resolves into the final frame - a refreshing experience. I found there is a need to be very precise in measuring the document size, as the 1/8 inch overlap is barely adequate to hide the edges under the mat. The frames were well made and were as expected.

I have ordered custom mats twice from
Frame USA. I have been very satisfied both times.

Pretty easy site to maneuver around. I would like to see a better photo of the product as its hard to see on such a small scale, but was very happy with what we received. We purchased several size's and a couple different styles for our studio and all worked & looked great.

Once I placed my order, I realized their office was only 15min from my house. I reached out and asked if I could pick up my order to save on shipping. They agreed, refunded my shipping costs, and has my order ready a week early.

First time Customer. I was tired of the poor quality overpriced frames at major retailers. I wanted to buy something and support a US company and workers. I went online and found the frames i needed on clearance. The products i got were a great price and the quality was much better than the retail items made overseas. Product arrived in 2 business days. As fast as Amazon. Products were packaged with care and nothing was damaged. Quality all throughout the sales process.

The process with nice and I got my order and it was packaged very well but communication was poor I didn't receive an shipping confirmation that my order was coming not tracking information.

The frame arrived on time and I love it. It's on the wall!

I liked the look of this item online, but I was disappointed with it for three reasons: It is somewhat flimsy; it is just a wood particle product covered with black paper (it is not even painted; all four corners had small splits. I am keeping the frame only because I needed to present something as a gift and did not want to wait for a replacement.

Disappointed in the quality of the mat. Overall it was okay but it was creased along the bottom, not only at the edge but the crease extended about an inch above the edge and it extended for 2/3 the length of the mat.

I still don't know enough about frames to purchase what I want. Asking for assistance is an exercise in futility. The answers I am receiving are not helping.

Everything was great except the mat was cut to exact width of art, so the art fell through. The height was cut with a little overlap which was perfect and was aa expected. Ideally the mat would have about a 1/4 inch more overlap in each side, with zero overlap the art falls through. Would typically be ok with that, but I'm hanging a piece of art watercolor painted on rice paper, which is very fragile.

Great quality custom-sized frame at a reasonable price. Shipping was quick and I received it in just a week during the busy holiday season, in time for Christmas.

The images of "natural" wood appeared to be pine but what you get is oak. Very different woods.

Some minor scratches on the border that aren't very noticeable, definitely a good value for the price. They go very well with my large posters.
