Frames generally as shown on website. I thought both sizes would be delivered with glass (not plexiglass) based on the explanation in the description however two of the frames came with plexiglass.

I bought wood frames which I am very happy with - both quality and price. I also later bought metal frames which I was disappointed in. The metal frames were very standard-type frames, and we're not worth the price. Also, on my second order they used a cheaper kind of glazing, and they didn't include the hanging hardware. Shipping for both of my orders was super-fast.
When an item was forgotten in my order, I received a response the same day and they shipped out the missing item shortly after. Everything was packed with care to keep it secure during shipping.
This frame brought a mellow, golden tone to our artwork. Perfect showcase for this Minnesota art work by Cindy Lindgren. It came together very nicely. Would just suggest adding in a length of wire. Most other frame companies do that.
And quick delivery in time for a birthday gift. Yay!

There were some over-cuts on the mats, a small chip in the wood on the back of one frame. I selected foam core for the backer with a double mat not realizing that the frame was shallow, and it was too much for the depth of the frame to be properly mounted. The website should tell customers if their selections are too much to properly fit in the frame, and it should not have been done in that way.
I lost my beloved dog Sandy and my grief was indescribable. I wanted to memorialize her images in my office. I had some great Jpeg digital images and wanted them blown up and framed (32" x 24" one of them plus 2 others slightly smaller). They were blown up with great clarity, mounted and framed and hang in my office. I couldn't be any happier with the final product.
The ease of preparing and viewing photo's in the wide array of options was extraordinarily simple. I couldn't have been more pleased with the website.

First frame you sent arrived damaged. You sent a replacement. The replacement was even more damaged. You then issued a refund without asking what I wanted to do.
