Have used Frame USA for about 6 years. Have been very satisfied with the products and the service.

Although I've had difficulty navigating the website from time to time, especially with the design a frame feature, these people do try. I have always found them very responsive to my comments and resolving any problems I've had. I appreciate that they have responded to me with a real person, since I find chatbots usually unhelpful. The 4 stars are for the products (not 5 stars, because I think the frames should come with the hanging rings installed-- I dislike doing it myself). Also, a bit more information on the products would be helpful, for example the thickness of the mats. The products seem a good value for the money and after shopping around on the internet, I always seem to come back to Frame USA.

Ordering this frame was easy and the quality is fantastic. They kept me informed of shipping and it arrived as expected. The frame sets of my black and white pic of my horse and fits my log home decor.

Easy-peasy! I just wish there was an option to get it here quicker. It is a Christmas picture that just fell and broke the glass and frame. It came in time for my holiday party! Beautiful frame!

I was disappointed. After reading the description that went with the product, I had an image in my mind that did not match the frame I received.

Kept getting error messages that "something had gone wrong." Decided to push through and did get to complete my order this time. Was using Chrome Browser on a Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite tablet. Customer Service contacted me to let me know the issue is being looked at.

Website worked great and have used prior. Hoping recent order is shipped ASAP.

Kelly Ackerman walked me through every step as I had never designed frames before. She answered every email and gave clear, precise guidance. My frames and mats turned out perfect! And they arrived in less than a week.

Of 5 frames ordered in 2 different orders, all frames had gaps in corner joints and/or were misaligned on 2 or more corners. In one case there was a waxy white putty covering imperfection on frame surface. Would expect at least the corners could be flush. There was also some chipping of paint right at the corners.

I placed an order for frames. Received them and one had broken glass. I contacted Frame USA they immediately sent replacement glass.

Some of the metal tabs at the back snapped off the plastic frame, plastic just chipped off. Plastic frame should be sturdy enough to support the metal closures.

I needed matts cut to rather odd yet very precise sizes, and I was a bit nervous about what I'd end up with. But the process of measuring was easy and the mats ended up to be just what I needed. Very pleased and would use Frame USA again in the future if the need arises.
