Excellent craftsmanship with every single of our 15 frames being exactly the same, even the different sizes. Very competitively priced. While being perfectly clean and dust free securely carefully packaged.
This frame is well made, and the mat color is beautiful, but unfortunately it was the wrong size. I ordered 8x10s but received 5x7s. This was a last minute holiday order, so I made it work. Next time I'll order well ahead to allow time for returns, if needed. This frame is a good value, and I will order from FrameUSA again.

I ordered frames and they came fairly quickly; however, a confirmation email was never sent out confirming my order - it would be nice to get that. When I emailed to request an order confirmation they very quickly sent it. Good customer service

The ordering experience was pretty easy. I purchased during a sale which helped with my budget. The frames came in about 1.5 weeks after ordering, which is fine. The frame finish and color is spot on. They arrived packed decently well (shrink wrapped) and all corners came with protectors. The actual assembly looks haphazard, the joints are not tight (can see light through many) and some corners came damaged. I did expect more, considering I could go to a local store and buy the same size frame for 50% of the price, no shipping cost, and a better assembly.

Although I've had difficulty navigating the website from time to time, especially with the design a frame feature, these people do try. I have always found them very responsive to my comments and resolving any problems I've had. I appreciate that they have responded to me with a real person, since I find chatbots usually unhelpful. The 4 stars are for the products (not 5 stars, because I think the frames should come with the hanging rings installed-- I dislike doing it myself). Also, a bit more information on the products would be helpful, for example the thickness of the mats. The products seem a good value for the money and after shopping around on the internet, I always seem to come back to Frame USA.

At some point it appears the link we had added to the description of the design a frame portion that allowed you easy access to the product page with the information on the frames broke. We were unaware until we looked into it after your comment. We have since notified our developer on it and hope to have a resolution soon.
