I ordered 3 wooden frames and one metal frame. The glass in the metal frame was received cracked. FRAME USA replaced the entire frame and glass at no expense to me. Just the fact that their products are made in the USA is reason enough to support them. Their superb customer service is another!

It seems that currently I am only able to make a purchase via a mobile device, and not from a desktop. There seems to a code issue with your desktop purchase setup.

I've tried other custom framing services, but the key word is "tried." Frame USA has the easiest interface, where you can easily put the exact size of the art, get the mat, pick the frame, preview it all, without a whole lot of fuss or not feeling sure it will be right. And on top of that, the frames usually end up costing a fraction of what other companies charge. For example, I just purchased a custom frame for $40 that, for the same size, without a mat, I was seeing for $80+ elsewhere.
