I needed matts cut to rather odd yet very precise sizes, and I was a bit nervous about what I'd end up with. But the process of measuring was easy and the mats ended up to be just what I needed. Very pleased and would use Frame USA again in the future if the need arises.
Great online shopping expereince and pretty good shipping rate and speed. My only issue was felt that it seemed to be overly packaged for the product i bought. A small issue but since I have done shipping for businesses before I just thought it seemed a little in excess.

I love the ability to customize my frame sizes with these kits. My only complaint is not being able to figure out how to get the hanger tabs to "snap" into place
