I love the ability to customize my frame sizes with these kits. My only complaint is not being able to figure out how to get the hanger tabs to "snap" into place

Easy process and got a great custom frame for a great price

I was trying to place an online order for some American barnwood frames but the color I wanted wasnt showing as available. I called in and spoke with Lindsey (?) and asked if the item was available. Although she had to call me back to confirm, she held to her word and called me back within the hour that she said she would, and she gave me the information I needed. As a retail owner, I truly do appreciate her looking into the matter instead of just giving me a random answer that didnt resolve my issue at all.

Great options and fun to design, but it would be nice if the site remembered what was entered previously for mat selections for easily comparing different colors, corners, etc.

The original frame I ordered (heavy metal) was out of stock, they suggested an alternate one (black glory metal). I was very happy with the substitution and quality of the product. This was the first time I had ordered from this company and will do so again.

I have search the web for about three hours looking for affordable frames. Finally found this site with options for rustic frames at reasoinable price.

Colors were hard to distinguish, information asked in order to select size were difficult to use since one of my mats was the wrong size even though I put in correct information. There was no where to add any kind of description of what I wanted to make sure it was done correctly.

Great ordering experience. Good quality. Since I didn't want to pay the high cost of a wood frame I chose the Value option, which turned out to be excellent. I replaced their corrugated cardboard back with acid-free foam board for about $5 from a craft store, and using acid-free tape was able to hinge-mount a high-quality art print to the included matte, creating a great-looking frame for less than half the price of a custom frame. If I want non-glare glazing I'll have to order that from another site, but the styrene that's included isn't too bad.
