Love the metal frame but the footing broke off the clamp as we placed the artwork. Luckily it uses pressure to stay in place and there are multiple ones. But that was not what we expected. The plastic frame we purchased is too difficult to snap in with the artwork. It is much too tight. We didn't use it.

Package was delivered to the wrong house. Suggest using fedex

I have ordered some metal frame pieces that I put together for a special project and they worked out great. I've also ordered a couple of custom size frames and they have also worked out great.

I placed an order and called after realizing my measurements were off. The young lady that helped me was very professional and helpful.

The frame I received was of good quality, but did not look like the picture on-line.
The wooden edge appeared much larger on-line.

Really easy and convenient to custom order a mat for my print. Well-priced too. I would like to say that I appreciate the packaging to keep my mats from getting damaged, but it was a little over the top the amount of cardboard for two very slender mats. Maybe you can use carboard corners to protect mats and then put them in a smaller cardboard box mailer.

Frames arrived in very large box with almost no packin inside. The package "rattled" when moved. Inside the smaller frame was free to bounce around and impact the larger one.

Pleasant. I wish the frame sizes were a little clearer (I didn't see the size I wanted at first), but otherwise great.
Also, the plastic is slightly cloudy.

Frame work great for my project. Product is well packaged.

It could be easier to find exactly what I'm looking for (I think the search function could be improved) but I loved the products I received, the gold frames looked amazing and it was such a great price I would definitely buy again!

I ordered a weird size and It was easy to order and came fairly quick. I will definately buy again!

The order process was simple. The frames can be custom ordered to size specifications. Just choose the size for the image. The mat is cut to fit the image.
