Glass on one of the frames was broken. I called and a replacement frame is being shipped. I was not at all surprised that there was breakage due to the way they were packed for shipping. Oversized box with pieces of cardboard between frames. Frames sliding back and forth in the box; I could hear and feel them shifting as I picked up the box.
I love the quality and finish of the frame. I especially like the fact that they are Made in USA!

The checkout experience and updates about shipping are great, but unfortunately, the products were not quite up to par. Out of the 20 frames I purchased 4 of them were broken. 3 had broken glass and one had a broken frame. Update: Although I didn't put in for replacement frames, because of my review I was contacted by a brand manager to let me know that they will be replacing the 4 frames that were broken. Awesome customer service!

Great and quick online ordering experience. Frame and material is fantastic. Issue is shipping handler not caring for the package's transport.

Hi Michael! So glad to hear that you like your frames! It looks like you upgraded your backing to foam core which is always by default white.
