Very disappointed with the quality of the materials. Wood was ok. Joinery bad, mounting tabs cheap, very thin matting materials and plexiglass. The whole frame is very flimsy.

I made three custom frames and mats with the Design a Frame option and they all came out beautifully. They were packaged very well when they shipped, as well, so they arrived perfectly fine. I will definitely use this company for any future frame needs 😊

The previous order was very similar to this. I asked I be notified how much shipping was as I could have sent a pick up slip on my UPS account. Shipping was nearly double of what this order is. I talked with a rep at your office. It is just too bad for me you charged me so much freight on my previous order. It's too bad for me you didn't notify me in advance as I requested. If you company was not closing the doors I would not have ordered again today.

The frames and mats were perfect and a lot less expensive than many other options

Ok. I know wood is pricey and labor also but I feel there used to be a lot more choices for frames from this company.

Product is quality. Made in USA, was important. Shipping was quick.

The plexiglass was scuffed up in a large area on the inside; and the hanging clip didn't support the weight without modifications.
