The correct matt color was used. I ordered polar white, but was given pure white and the upper right corner of the frame does not align and there is a noticeable space. Not sure how it wasn't noticed.

I thought the frame I ordered was going to be a bit more modern-looking. I ordered a basic bronze frame with a matt included. What I received was very underwhelming and to be honest, quite dated looking. I could have found this in my grandmother's basement or I could have gone to a local store and gotten this basic bronze frame for half the price. Maybe a larger frame custom order or a more ornate frame order would have been worth the money, but next time I'll save my money and go to Target.
Unfortunately the frame had a crack at the bottom. I decided the cost of the postage to send it back was I decided not to mail it back for a refund.
Love my frame! I will definitely order again from frame USA! Ordering was easy and quick. I felt like it was a great quality frame without breaking bank.

Don't be fooled by the price (which is so low compared to most other frame companies)-- the frame is high quality. It's light but not cheap-looking. I'm very happy.
Really great frames. The shipment was fast, and the frames are excellent. One arrived with a crack in the glass, and so I called customer service. They offered to send a replacement glass immediately. Will order from them again!
